Smart, chic and stylish original late 1950's/early 1960's skirt suit in soft tea green thick cotton feel fabric.
The jacket has bracelet length dolman sleeves with little notches at the wrist seams, lovely curved collar with white edging, and panelled design with tapered-in waist and pocket at each hip. Fastens at the front with three chunky green plstic buttons.
The matching straight skirt has a fitted waistband, metal side zip and hook to fasten, and hip darts for a flattering fit with a insert pleat at the back hem.
Both the skirt and jacket are fully lined in matching tea green acetate fabric.
Labelled inside the jacket "A Leslie Raymond model, London W1, made in England".
Lovely suit for Goodwood Revival or a vintage wedding/special occasion!
