Our favourite British Boutique label of the 1970s (and the subject of a just-launched Joanie Clothing retrospective collection!), this beautiful vintage maxi dress by Lee Bender at Bus Stop London is in soft brushed cotton-feel fabric in fine orange and black stripes.
Wide sleeves, neat little collars and six big grey plastic buttons down the front bodice to fasten. Labelled as a vintage 12.

In very good vintage shape over all - the hem has been restitched at some point over the years, and it has had a few little seam repairs. There is a small repaired hole just under the left sleeve, and a couple of pulled threads to the skirt.
