Gorgeously glam vintage 1980's full party skirt by Laura Phillips, in smooth black acetate fabric.
Fitted waistband with button and zip fastening to the back. Tightly gathered under the waist seam, flaring to the fab 9.5" deep ruffled hem.
Labelled as a UK 14 but more like a current UK 10 so please check the actual measurements below before purchase!
