Fantastic UNWORN vintage nightdress from the 1960's - so 'Carry On', I can almost hear Babs chuckle!
In fresh cream cotton/mixed fibre fabric with a pretty print of pink and purple roses with olive green stems.
Sleeveless with rounded neckline and gathered yoke detail across the chest front and back.
Arms and neckline are trimmed with decadent pink and white ruffled lace and a white ribbon bow.
Selvedge hemline so these might have been made to finish off the ends of fabric reams. Labelled as a size W (womens medium).
