Made by Richard Shops in bright red cotton with little white polkadots all over!
Fitted waistband and fantastic design with bias-cut panels curving around the skirt from the waistband to hem, where the hemline is scalloped for extra gorgeousness!
Zip and hook fastening at the back of the waistband. Made in England.
