Swingin' sixties vintage hat made from woven flat strips of shiny black plastic raffia.
Domed crown with grosgrain stalk detail to the centre, and wide upturned brim.
Trimmed around the inside with black grosgrain ribbon, and labelled "Panda, made in England".
Very groovy eh!
