Fantastic frock for nights on the town - thin black velvet straps, fitted bodice and seamed waist with sexy fitted pencil skirt. At the centre of the skirt, the fabric parts to reveal a panel of four rows of long black fringing!
Fully lined in black acetate with metal zip to fasten at the back. Unlabelled.
