With a slightly Ossie/Celia vibe, this lovely 1970s viscose dress is in black with a colourful floral spray print, and contrasting bib panel/trim.
Long sleeves with elasticated cuffs, loose fit, and frill neckline with short ties and two decorative yellow buttons to the contrast panel. Frill trim to the sleeve seams at the shoulders, with contrast panel across the back shoulders.
Gently flared skirt with a pocket to each hip. Pulls over the head. No labels.
