Ultra rare, amazing quality and absolutely divine vintage late 1960s/early 1970s maxi length coat by Elgee, in thick black chenille velvet-feel fabric in raven black with burnout floral/foliate pattern - with the ORIGINAL sales tag still attached - unworn, as new and in a rare slightly larger size than we've ever been lucky enough to find before.
Edwardian inspired style with enormous collars/lapels, and double breasted fastening to the front with two sets of matching fabric and plastic buttons. Deep turned-back cuffs to each sleeve.
Tapered in waist and flared skirt, with two slit pockets.
Fully lined in black acetate fabric. Labelled as a size 16 with original tag attached.
