Beautiful vintage 1960s cream chiffon blouse by Galson, with sheer sleeves with double layered frill cuffs, and lovely wide collar with ruffled frill. Four covered buttons to fasten. Bust darts and back for shape. Bodice lined in cream acetate fabric.
