Ordering and shipping
Candy Says will use your personal details to fulfil your order. Candy Says reserve the right to change prices quoted on the website from time to time and goods supplied via the website are subject to availability. Should any problem arise with your order we will contact you using telephone, e-mail or letter.
You can place your order online via our secure server which accepts all major credit or debit cards, or if you prefer, you can choose to pay via Paypal.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please contact us detailing your chosen items. Subject to availability you will be emailed an invoice with full payment details. Your items will be reserved for you for 7 days only from date of emailed invoice.
From receipt of your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 days but they will normally arrive more quickly! If you require something urgently please let us know on ordering and we will do our best to help, but please bear in mind we are a small family run business and cannot always despatch on the same day.
Upon despatch you will receive a confirmation email. Candy Says posts worldwide.
OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
Candy Says can not be held responsible for any charges, applicable taxes, duties or import fees (if any) incurred in your destination country upon receipt of your parcel. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any fees that are due on receipt, and in purchasing from Candy Says the buyer acknowledges this.
In purchasing from Candy Says, the buyer also acknowledges that any refused parcels sent back to Candy Says will be refunded, minus our postage expenses, selling expenses and a £30 administration fee.
Within the UK, items will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, courier or Parcelforce. The standard postage charge for all items within the UK is £3.95, regardless of the size of your order.
International parcels will be sent via airmail or international courier. Prices for international postage are worked out automatically at checkout before you pay for your order, and if postage costs are significantly over-estimated we will refund any difference to your account on despatch.
Please note Candy Says cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched, both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations, but we do our best to help locate items and we obtain postal receipts for all despatches. If you wish to cancel an order prior to its dispatch please email firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number.

If you wish to return any items please ensure you e-mail email@example.com and return the items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please return items using recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office.
Goods must be returned at your own cost, complete with any original vintage packaging if supplied and with any tags/stickers attached. Goods must be returned in their original condition as per their dispatch from Candy Says. You will receive a refund for returned item/s within 14 days of receipt of goods at Candy Says. We offer refunds, exchanges or credit but as we sell original vintage items we regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the dispatch or return of items. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or credit on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatch from Candy Says. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage from the carrier of the return parcel. If returning goods from overseas please clearly mark your parcel 'RETURNED GOODS'. Items not marked as such will be refused and directed back to the sender.
