Short sleeved shirtwaister dress with open collars/lapels, with clear glass flower shaped buttons to the bodice, bust and waist darts for shape, and fitted seamed waist with full skirt pleated under the waist seam.
Metal zip to the side waist. Slubbed fabric, possibly silk or rayon.
